Julia Manglano Toro studied law at DePaul University, College of Law, in Chicago, IL, and has a master in international human rights law from American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, DC.  She received her law license in Washington, DC.  She has over 20 years in the practice of immigration law.  Fluent in Spanish.  Attorney Toro was named one of Washington, D.C.’s top immigration lawyers by Washingtonian Magazine.   She enjoys reading, writing poetry and live music.

Rebecca Seboria received her Bachelor’s Degree at Rutgers University , Douglass College, in New Brunswick, NJ, followed by her Juris Doctor at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in Washington, DC.  Attorney Seboria is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and has over 20 years of experience in the practice of immigration law. She specializes in all aspects of Business and Family immigration law. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and theatre.

Yana Feldman received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore, School of Law, in Baltimore, MD.  She also obtained a Master of Laws [LL.M.] in international law from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, IL.  Attorney Feldman is a member of the Bar of the State of Maryland. She focuses on employment-based immigration cases, including PERM labor certification and H-1B petitions.  Fluent in Russian.

Victoria Ramassini received her Juris Doctor from George Washington Law School in 2024 and is licensed in the District of Columbia.

Jeremy Reiner received his Juris Doctor from George Washington Law School in 2024.  He was a student attorney in the GW Law Immigration Clinic for two semesters and aims to build on that experience. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, classical piano, and Super Smash Bros.

Violeta Ruiz is a legal assistant and has more than 33 years of experience working within the Hispanic community in Washington DC, MD, and VA.  She has over 20 years of experience as a legal assistant in immigration law.  Fluent is Spanish.

Samantha Aguilera received her Juris Doctor from Ecuador and hold a Master of Law from the Washington College of Law, American University. She is a legal assistant.
